All orders will be processed within 48 hours and dispatched the following business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

The shipment date depends on the type of order that was passed:

  • Order for Available Products: The available products will be shipped at the date set out in the email confirmation, usually between 3 to 5 business days in Europe, woldwide shipping will be shipped within 14-16 days after the date of the email confirmation.
  • Pre-order: The Exclusive Products will be shipped between 2 to 5 months from the date that the Pre-Order is confirmed.
 We aim to provide an excellent service and within the best of our abilities to ensure that your favorite item reaches you as soon as possible. Deliveries take place on Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays, usually within the hours of 8am and 5pm. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can easily trace your order. Please note that our delivery charges do not cover customs charges, duties or any handling or holding fees. Any such charge is the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns and Exchange

If upon receiving our products you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange them within 14 days after delivery date. Please contact us via email at stating your wish to return or exchange an item. Please kindly make sure the product you are sending back is in its original unworn condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
We recommend to return an item with a tracking number or suggest that you ask for a receipt of postage from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
