All orders will be processed within 48 hours and dispatched the following business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Depending on your location the shipping may take from 2 working days up to to 2 weeks. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can easily trace your order. Returns and Exchange
If upon receiving our products you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange them within 14 days after delivery date. Please contact us via email at email@example.com stating your wish to return or exchange an item. Please kindly make sure the product you are sending back is in its original unworn condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
We recommend to return an item with a tracking number or suggest that you ask for a receipt of postage from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
